Chevron Machine Oils AW are premium quality lubricants. They provide excellent anti-wear protection, oxidation and corrosion inhibition, and foam and aeration suppression.
They are excellent multipurpose oils for all types of lubricant applications where a premium anti-wear lubricant in their ISO viscosity grade is required for general machinery lubrication. All grades have excellent demulsibility. Our Machine Oils have excellent thermal and oxidation stability.
They have a high viscosity index to assure good film strength between metal surfaces under moderate loads and temperatures. This film strength is further enhanced by the anti-wear additive protection. The foam and aeration suppressant allows the quick release of entrained air, also improving film strength.
